I don't have any conflict re Kawasaki other than he's been a friend for a long time. FYI, he is not a suggested user, and as far as I know never has been.

I don't see him on the suggested list now but I am certain he was suggested user in the past weeks. I am sure of that. He is using this for pure commercial purposed. Getting a boost from Twitter (suggested). Do money exchange hands? Or is that just undemocratic gated club? Let Jay investigate that.

I dint know how to check these facts (also a problem). I can see that Guy complained about that list himself. Yet I have a clear recollection of seeing him on that list. I remember that vividly. I might be wrong.
One thing we all agree about, that list stinks.

You gotta ask the two parties to that deal -- either Twitter or the NYT or both. I have no clue. It's probably just cosmic rays. :-)
