These pissed off Vietnam protesters had enough and were willing to make some noise in order to stop an unjust war. The movie interviews several members of the organization and their motivations. This is deep, philosophical stuff - these were not english soccer hooligans.

Re: Movies I'd like? Love or hate, he is worth checking out. Rushmore and Royal Tennenbaums are probably the most univerally appealing. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou seems to separate the hardcore devotees from dilletantes, but I found it moving, hilarious and beautiful.

Re: Movies I'd like? Excellent movie, and very hard to believe that Ulrich Muehe (who starred in it) is no more.

You might also like Paul Verhoeven's 'Zwartboek' ('Black book'). It's a bit of a potboiler but was very enjoyable, and Carice van Houten is excellent in it.

Re: Movies I'd like? What I did when I found myself in your situation was put out the call for Netflix Friends. It shows the list of what they are watching and queuing. Lots of good ideas. He says it's fabulous.

Re: Movies I'd like?
